Angela has been practising yoga for over 30 years and enjoys the benefits it brings. In 1990 she completed a teacher’s training course with the Satyananda Yoga Academy and has been teaching since. She enjoys teaching beginners yoga and meditation classes and teaches pre-natal and stress management classes.
She likes the inclusive way in which yoga can benefit people from all walks of life and levels of fitness. She has been inspired by the fact that many students have valued and reaped the benefits of yoga. Besides working as an early childhood teacher she also enjoys singing and dancing - and also teches multicultural dance.
