Australian born from Greek parents Georgina has been teaching Greek Cooking for 20 years. She started teaching at 18 through Adult Education before she married and then moved to Launceston where she also taught there. She had taken a break from teaching through the department for the last 6 years due to other work commitments however still continued to do demonstrations for the Estia Greek Festival. Georgies knowledge is straight from the Greek kitchen to you as she has learnt from the best cooks in the world, her grandmother and mother.
