Tim Penton has over 20 years experience in the brewing industry both in Australia and the UK. He has brewed for companies on every continent and even two beers for HRH Prince Philip, as well as developing beers, such as Boags Wizard Smith and Classic Blonde. Tim is a qualified beer taster and judge and a regular on the panel of the Australian International Beer Awards and has conducted public tastings along with beer and food dinners around Australia.
