Dr Nursey-Bray lectures at the University of Tasmania’s National Centre for Marine Conservation and Resource Sustainability. Her interest and teaching areas include sustainability, marine and coastal policy and management, environmental management systems, Indigenous resource management, and the social contexts of marine environments. Dr Nursey-Bray is currently researching the local government adaptive capacity to respond to climate change and social-ecological resilience of Indigenous and non Indigenous users in abalone industry.
