Jill trained in Sydney with Dr Paul Lam (Better Health Tai Chi School) and Master Zhang Hao (Chi Chinese Healing College) and in Melbourne with Qi Gong (Chi Kung) Master Jack Lim. She has taught Tai Chi and Qi Gong for many years and has also trained in relaxation, hypnotherapy and massage. The forms she teaches beginners are an ideal foundation for more complex work but are ends in themselves for healthier bodies and calmer emotions.
