Josip has been teaching adults and children the Croatian language since 1981 in Western Australia and Tasmania. He was born and grew up in Croatia where he worked and studied Criminology and Psychology . He has lived in Australia since 1974 involving himself in promoting the Croatian culture and language. In the 1980’s established a Croatian school in Perth WA for both adults and children. Moving a few years ago to Tasmania he has established a school for children to learn the Croatian language, culture, geography and history. He has been acknowledged by a number of Croatain institutions for hias efforts and dedication in promoting the Croatian language and culture.
