Sylvia Devlin is the owner/operator of Sylvia’s Kitchen, which specialises in Cooking Classes and Handmade Fine Foods. Sylvia is a creative self-taught chef with a passion for food and cooking since she was a little girl. She has a rich European family heritage that has been enhanced through travel. Together with her husband, Sylvia has managed a boutique hotel and restaurant in country England, and has worked in several cafés and bistros. She has been cooking for over 20 years in a broad range of cultures and styles both in Australia and overseas. Sylvia will share with you her experience and skills in the diverse flavours of Spanish tapas cooking and the exotic flavours of Moroccan cooking.
