Sandy Tiffin – Sandy is the Field Officer for the Tasmanian Biodynamic Association and holds a Permaculture and Design certificate, and is currently finalizing a Diploma of Sustainable Agriculture from Orange Agricultural College. She has worked in the organic industry and in designing and managing community gardens. She has just completed a sustainable, recycled home on 2¾ acres in Meander which she is developing as a demonstration of Permaculture design, especially in water harvesting and food self sufficiency on a small acreage.
