Betty has a 3 year Diploma Course in cake decorating and has taught for over 40 years. She has demonstrated and taught in England, Japan,New Zealand and all states in Australia. In 2011 she was honoured by being put on the National Cake Decorating Association of Australia Roll of Honour.
