Rosemary Bruce-Mullins has been a member of the Cake Decorators’ Association of Tasmania Inc for over 20 years and in that time has served in many executive positions and demonstrated regularly to branch members and at state and National seminars and was editor of the Piping News magazine for many years. Rosemary also held the position of National President of the Australian National Cake Decorators Association from 1997 to 1999 and was editor of the Australia Sugarcraft magazine. Rosemary has also travelled extensively demonstrating cake decorating skills at conventions and classes in South Africa and Zimbabwe, as well as every Australian state. She has been a tutor for Adult Education for some time and has successfully exhibited cakes and sugarcraft in many shows and exhibitions. She also operates a small hobby business of importing overseas cake decorating equipment into Australia.
