Tricia specialises in classes for people who would normally not be exercising due to health concerns, age, excessive weight, etc. Tricia has completed special courses with the Heart Foundation and Arthritis Tasmania along with the usual fitness leaders training courses to ensure that all participants are catered to safely while still challenging them to increase their level of fitness. She has a passion to see people who would normally put exercise in the ‘too hard basket’ realize that they can do it too!
