Christine Farmer is a full-time freelance calligrapher and has been involved in calligraphy since 1971. She has been a tutor for Adult Education since 1986. Basically self-taught, she has attended numerous workshops with experts visiting Tasmania, and has travelled interstate and overseas to further her knowledge and skills. She successfully completed a calligraphy course with Roehampton Institute, UK.
