Janet Fenton believes that drawing is a skill fundamental to other forms of art. She feels it is tragic that so many of us have been discouraged at some stage and become inhibited about the outcome of our drawings, forgetting to enjoy the process. She studied art at TAFE and the Tasmanian School of Art, and now works as an exhibiting artist and freelance illustrator, as well as teaching with Adult Education.
