Ken Gillanders has been a nurseryman for nearly 50 years and since developing Woodbank Nursery in Tasmania with his wife Lesley, he has spoken at conferences in England and New Zealand as well as given talks to local horticultural societies. He has been to South America and New Zealand five times to study the flora.
